EGYPT SEEKS "NATIONAL RIGHTS"

King Farouk has ap.pomted' a dele'gation of twelve headed by the Premier (Sidky Pasha) to negotiate with Britain for a revision -of the 1936 British■Egyptian Treaty,* "so as to achieve E'gypt's national rights," says the Cairo correspondent of the Associated Press. Other memhers of the delegation include Nokrashy Pasha, whom Sidky Fasha succeeded as Prime Minister, also the Foreign Minister (Sayed Pasha), and the King's uncle (Sahri Pasha) . Sidky Pasha has instructed the Bgyptian Amhassaior in Britain (Abdel Fatah Amir Pasha), who^Ls leaving for London on March 9, to inform the British Government that Rgypfc intends to enter negotiations for ^revision of the 19'36 British-Egypian Treaty "free of all restrictions. " It is expected ra Cairo tnat the negotiations will start at the end of this month.
