Received Tuesday, 10.15 p.m. OTTAWA, March 5. I Friends descnbed Mrs. Woikin, who : is aged 25, as studious and a fluent speaker, both in Engiish and in Ras sian. She arrived in Ottawa two years ago from her birthplace, Blaine Lake baskatchev/an, and worked briefly as a waitress. She attended night schoo; for four nights weekly and studied oil painting on the fiftli night. Mrs. Woikin joined the cipher branch of the Internal Attairs Department eariy in 1915. She was married when she was 17. Her husband died four years ago. Kathleen Mary Willsher, who is aged 40, arrived at Ottawa in 1930 to do sfenograofi"- and 1 'i'"-al work with the British High Comnussioner's Office. | — — — 1
