MANNERHEIM ABDICATES
^ PREMIER MAY BE FINNISH PRESIDENT Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, March 4. Marshal Mannerheim has abdicated from the Presidency of Finland. This was offlcially announced after a special meeting of the Finnish cabinet, savs Reuter's Helsinki correspondent. The present Prime Minister, M. Paasikivi. is expected to succeed to the Presidency.
