GREEK MISSION FAILS Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, March 4. j ' It is understood that four French. members of Parliament, whom the Foreign Affairs Commission * of France's Constituent Assembly appointed to inquire into the Greek political situation, are returning to Paris from Naples, which they re'ached a few days ago, on their way to Athens, says Reuter's Athens i correspondent. The Greek Prime Minister, M. Sofoulis had told them they would have no ofRcial standing unless they formed part of the French delegation to observe the Greek election. ,
