UKRAINIAN WAR CRIMINALS Receivecl Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, March 4. United' States ' - security0 hilthoi'-' ities at Aschaffenburg have arrested the Ukrainian war criminals, Professor Kubiiovich and Dr. Panikivsky, says the Exchange Telegrrih's Munich correspondent. Kubijovich, former lecturer at Craeow University. was chairman of the Ukrainian Relief Committee in occupied Poland during the war, with Panikivsky as deputy.
