The parties were introduced by John Jaggard of Bayleys Real Estate Ltd. No. 148 At 2/69 Portage Road, Otahuhu, an 1800 sq m factory/office building is being constructed by Unity Developments Ltd and will be leased for 12 years to Colt N.Z. Ltd. The total cost is expected to be $1,086,000. John Bayley of Bayleys Real Estate Ltd was involved in the purchase.
