No. 157 At 51 Hurstmere Road, Auckland, a 5-storeyed office building of 30845 q m of retail on the ground floor, has been purchased from Unity Holdings Ltd at a total cost of $7,168,200. The building' when completed will be leased for 15 years to the Crown, and occupied by the N.Z. Post Office. Graham Bayley of Bayleys Real Estate Ltd negotiated the sale. No. 158 At 96 Mays Road, Te Papapa, a factory/office building of 19515 q m is being constructed by Comsec Properties Ltd. When completed the total property which is expected to cost $1,120,000 will be leased to ConstellAire Conditioning Ltd for 12*4 years. MFL Mutual Fund has continuous funds available for the purchase of singletenancy properties from $750,000 upwards.
