PA Dunedin The Labour Party would support a new Bretton Woods-style conference ■when it became the government but on different terms from those of the National Government, said Labour’s spokesman on trade and tourism, Mr M. K. Moore, yesterday. At a lunchtime student forum at the University of Otago, Mr Moore said he was stunned that the National Party was talking about deregulation, freedom, and market forces at home, while it wanted global intervention abroad. The Labour agenda would include I.M.F. quotas, World Bank ratios, and protectionism. Nations should be committed to increasing overseas aid, and surpluses should be at the disposal of developing countries, Mr Moore said.
