Report on Thomas
PA Wellington The Minister of Justice (Mr Me Lay) has received a report from the Justice Department on assertions by Arthur Allan Thomas that he is being victimised at the m i n i m u m-security Hautu Prison. A spokesman for the Minister said the report had been passed on to his Cabinet colleagues. There was no indication at this stage whether Mr McLay would say anything publicly about the report, the spokesman said.
Thomas, serving a life sentence after being found guilty of the murder of Har-
