(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) KUALA LUMPUR, July 22. The Malaysian Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman, today announced “open arms” surrender terms for Borneo rebels who have been helping Indonesia in her confrontation policy.
But he warned that those who did not accept “will be eliminated by every means in our power.” The Tunku announced that about 2.5 million safe conduct passes would be dropped by air tomorrow.
