More Than For ’Boks
(NZ. Press Association! AUCKLAND. Interest in the Lions v. Auckland match at Eden Park on July 30 was greater than for the Springboks v. Auckland match last season, said Mr L. F. Warren, secretary of the Auckland Rugby Union, yesterday. Last year, said Mr Warren, some of the unions could not use all the seats allotted them.
“This year we have not had any tickets returned by unions. In fact, many of them are asking for more.” he said.
