MORE LOSSES TO C.C.A.
The Canterbury Cricket Association, which this season will lose the services of its secretary (Mr D. B. Hughey) and the chairman of the management committee (Mr A. E. L. Britton), has suffered more losses.
The treasurer (Mr E. D. Bennett) told last evening’s meeting of the management committee that he would not be available next season and it was reported that Mr A. R. Arblaster, the assistant secretary and convener of the competitions committee, was doubtful if he would seek reelection.
