A seven-roomed square house, needing repair, on a section of 35.5 perches, zoned residential B, at 9 Harvey terrace, Richmond, was passed in at £2900 at public auction on Thursday. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. McCrostie. A weatherboard bungalow at 39 Hulme street, Waltham, was passed in at £2200. The auctioneer was Mr D. Chapman.
The house has a hall, lounge, livingroom, bedroom, sunroom and laundry. There is also a garage on the section of 24 perches.
