"WINDOW SHOPPER" Looks At Men's Fashions
contrasting tops to go with all the new colours and patterns. In the United States this summer some American men are wearing full-length bathing suits with tiger stripes and leopard spots. They are not expected to be seen here next summer. The strong influence of stripes this year is seen even in socks. One line of white crew socks has two red stripes across the top of the foot, and is intended to be worn with sneakers and Bermuda shorts. White trousers are very popular now overseas, particularly on the Continent, and there should be plenty around this summer. They are in slim styles, some with bell-bottoms, and will be popular with golfers and yachties.
