Tourist Industry

Sir, —Yes, tourism is to be encouraged, but not without certain efforts, surely, at our leading hotels. In one the diningroom is comfortable, and servce good; but the icy atmosphere in the reception rooms —no fire, cold heaters! And the same in the picture theatres! The so-called bus shelters, with no front nor sides for protection from our cold winds! All these need improvement, for our own citizens, as well as for visitors.—Yours, etc., SO COLD.
