Tourist Industry
Sir, —Yes, tourism is to be encouraged, but not without certain efforts, surely, at our leading hotels. In one the diningroom is comfortable, and servce good; but the icy atmosphere in the reception rooms —no fire, cold heaters! And the same in the picture theatres! The so-called bus shelters, with no front nor sides for protection from our cold winds! All these need improvement, for our own citizens, as well as for visitors.—Yours, etc., SO COLD. June 21, 1966.
