The Kabaka, Sir Edward Frederick Mutesa, was found to be in Burundi on Sunday after he had been missing since May 24. when Uganda Government troops overcame resistance and occupied his palace on the outskirts of Kampala. The battle took place after the Kabaka rejected a new constitution he felt would undermine his status and ordered the government to quit Buganda, the largest kingdom in Uganda.
