Gun-Fire

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) PHILADELPHIA (Mississippi), June 22. Sporadic gun-fire crackled in the dark streets of Philadephia’s Negro districts tonight in a new outbreak of racial violence. City police said a white man was wounded in a fusilade of bullets fired from cars. They declined to give further details. The shooting came in the wake of angry scenes between whites and Negroes at a civil rights rally.
