Broader Plans For Festival

New interest in this year’s festival of talent held by the Women’s Division of Federated Farmers was expect it was reported at the Canterbury provincial executive meeting. A greater selection of competitions had been included and the co-ordinating committee’s circular had been posted to all branches. Mrs W. T. R. Rowe, president, welcomed members of 31 branches to the June meeting- , , Mrs I. Fraser was elected to represent the Canterbury provincial W.D.F.F. on the Sunnyside Hospital Welfare Council.
