Lunch-Time Recital

The lunch-time concert at the University of Canterbury today will be given by Patricia Free (piano) and Roger Buckton (flute), accompanied by Wallace Woodley. Miss Free will shortly lea- e for England where she will further her studies as recipient of a Royal Schools scholarship. Miss Free will play Bach’s chromatic Fantasia and Fugue, Liszt’s Waldesrauchen and Jeux d’eau by Ravel. Messrs Buckton and Woodley will perform Andante and Scherzo, Opus 51, by Roussel, Danse de la chevre by Honegger and Faure’s Fantaisie, Opus 79. The concert will begin at 1.10 p.m. Admission is free.
