Four Winners For Stable
G. S. and G. D. Bradley, a father and son combination from Woodville, had a highly successful day at the Rotorua Trotting Club's meeting on Monday.
The Bradley stable was represented by six runners at the meeting. Between them they gained four wins and a second. Stay By won bothj races for trotters, won a division of the maiden i pace and Coastaway was sue: cessful in the City Handicap,' a race for 2.8 class pacers. Coastaway, at odds of 27/1, i rounded off the on-course double for the stable. Stay By, the first leg winner, was also at generous odds. His win dividend was £2O 13s. Supporters of the stablemates on the double received £166 14s for £l.
G. S. Bradley, who owns Stay By and Snow-bound,' drove the former in his first start on Monday but his son ■ handled the Worthy Duke | horse in his second victory I and also Snowbound and Coastguard. The other stable runner to, earn a prize was Loyal Command. He finished second to Kilkivan in the Arawa Handicap, second leg of the T.A.B. double.
