THREE MEN UNFIT

The British Rugby League captain, H. Poole, and two second-row forwards, Bryant and Ramsey, have been ruled unfit for the match against Central Queensland in Rockhampton on Wednesday.
The British team will be: A. Keegan; B. Burgess. I. Brooke. A. Buckley. J. Stopford: W. Aspinall; C. Dooler: K, Roberts, C. Clarke, C. Watson. J. Mantle, T. Fogerty, D. Robinson. Reserves: G. Shelton, B. Edgar. Poole received a bump on the knee in Sunday’s match, against North Queensland. Bryant has a strained calf muscle, and Ramsey’s trouble is at the back of the knee. All three should be fit to play against Sydney on Saturday Central Queensland is not as strong as North Queensland, which surprisingly beat the Englishmen, 17-15.
