All Blacks Dropped
(N.Z. Press Association! NEW PLYMOUTH. The Taranaki selectors (Messrs J. J. Stewart, P. S Burke, and R. Walker) sprang some surprises when they announced their Rugby team tn play Wanganui at Queen's Birthday week-end. Two former All Blacks, R. J. Urbahn and J. F. McCullough, have lost their places, and among last season’s regular players, the props, I. 11 McDonald and I. C. A. Flavell. the flanker, W. R. Coles, and the lock, T. Jenkins, have been dropped.
R. H. Brown remains as captain, but moves to second five-eighths outside a newcomer, J. Irving, and the former North Island representative, J. R. Carroll, returns from temporary retirement as a prop.
