G. Og-ston, F.R.S.). Applicants should normally have the degree of Ph.D. and experience of research in Biochemistry or Chemistry. Preference will be given to applicants interested in fields close?y related to work now being carried out or projected in the Department. This includes: physicochemical properties of proteins in relation to their composition and structure; and protein interactions, with special reference to miCk proteins: enzyme kinetics and mechanisms, with special reference to enzymes of sulphate metabolism; characterisation of tissue polysaccharides anod polysaccharide complexes, and their ph ysccoc hemdeal properies in relation to the structure and function of connective tissues.
