Two Properties Passed In

Two properties were passed in when offered for sale by public auction yesterday on account of Mr W. K. Schaffer by the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr L. W. Matson.

Lot 2, 60 acres at Lincoln, was passed in at £275 an acre. Improvements on the land, which is subdivided into six main paddocks and three small paddocks, include a modern two-bedroom bungalow, a cowshed, dairy, concrete pig fattening house, implement shed, granary, garage, fowlhouse and two store sheds.
