Four Hurt On Roads

A youth, B. J. Chisholm, of 154 Waimairi road, suffered a broken leg in a collision between a car and his bicycle outside his home at 5.4 p.m. yesterday. He was taken to the Christchurch Hospital. At 5.50 p.m., a motorcyclist, Mr J. Logan, of 117 Totara street, suffered leg injuries in a collision with a car in Riccarton avenue.

Mr B. Phelps, of 50 Coronation street, suffered leg injuries when his motor-cycle and a car collided at the corner of Moorhouse and Hagley avenues about 4.30 p.m. Mr W. Denham, of 3 Bewdley street, suffered abrasions and shock when two cars collided at the corner of Moorhouse avenue and Durham street about 10.15 a.m.
