Red Cross Appeal
The annual appeal of the North Canterbury branch of the Red Cross would be made on Friday, June 10, it was announced at the quarterly meeting of the branch yesterday. The appeal last year realised £BlO more than that of 1964, said the chairman of the branch executive, Mr E. W. Reeves. The trend for a higher proportion of money to be collected from the suburbs than from the city had continued.
