News Bulletins To Be Shown (N.Z.FJI.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, March 8. Lights in London’s Piccadilly Circus—“the Centre of the World”—will soon flash the latest news. A 66ft long headline strip will give bulletins from news agencies—as well as fourcolour advertisements —to the 250,000 people who come to Piccadilly Circus every night.
