Competitions would be held each month, the president (Lenore Oakley) told the annual meeting of the Christchurch Writers’ Association. Officers elected are: president, Lenore Oakley; vicepresident, Sylvia Adams; competitions secretary, Gladys Comber; secretary, Elaine Pegley; committee, Sonia Gill and Allister Evans.
