Mr H. G. Hay. chairman of the executive of the Christchurch Pan-Pacific Arts Festival to be held in 1968, will visit Adelaide at the weekend. Mr Hay will have discussions with representatives of the Auckland, Perth and Adelaide festival committees on the possibility of combining to secure some cultural attractions. The New Zealand Geographical Society’s annual prize for highest marks in University Entrance Scholarship geography has been won by Mr S. D. Rabone, of Auckland Grammar School. Miss G. E. Bythell, of Marlborough Girls' College, was second.
