Big Hotel Planned

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 4. A multi-storey hotel, costing £750,000, is to be built in Oriental parade, Wellington. The Town and Country Planning Appeal Board today dismissed objections to the project. The hotel will be of 13 floors, the top eight accommodating 150 guests. The lower floors will contain conference and reception rooms, bar space, and parking facilities for 79 cars. The building is expected to be completed about 1969.
