WELLINGTON, Feb. 2.
Delegates and observers from 11 countric; will attend the fourth session of the Regional Association for the South-west Pacific of the World Meteorological Organisation in Wellington from February 7 to 18. The conference will be bilingual—French and English —and will be officially opened by the Secretary for Civil Aviation (Mr B. R. Rae). Australia, French Polynesia (Tahiti), Indonesia, Malaysia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, the Philippines and the United States will have delegates, and France, Russia, and Hong Kong will have observers. Various international organisations such as the International Civil Aviation Organisation (1.C.A.0.), the International A r Transport Association (1.A.T.A.), the International Federation of Airline Pilots’ Associations (1.F.A.L.P.A.), and the Pacific Science Asc->ciation will also be represented.
Work at the conference will be administrative rather than scientific.
