Aust. Record Price For Yearling

An Australian record price of 2200gns was paid by Mr and Mrs J. E. Cotte-ill, of Toorak, for a pacing yearling :by the American sire, Smart i Set, from the New Zealand I mare, Perfection, on Monday. A colt by the New Zealand sire. Light Brigade, also realised 2000gns. The colt, already named Great Glenfern. is among the last of Light Brigade’s progeny. ’
