£12 Stolen In Cathedral

I A thief yesterday after- , noon stole £l2 in the Christchurch Cathedral, the money [ being taken from the verger’s i cash-box.

A transistor radio valued at £l3 was stolen from a ear parked in Dallington terrace on January 11. and another transistor radio, valued at [ £ll. was stolen from a car i parked in Hereford street on | Monday.

Struck By Bus.—A boy who was struck by a bus about 5.30 p.m. yesterday in Seaview road, near the NewBrighton School, suffered onlyminor injuries. The boy is Ivan Beattie and his address is Kaikoura.
