Mr K. H. Tocker, formerly South Island operations branch manager for Shell Oil New Zealand, Ltd., has returned to Christchurch after a two-year assignment in the marketing division of the Shell central offices, mainly in London. He will leave for Wellington today and will take up next month an appointment as chief engineer for Shell Oil New Zealand.
