R >choefield, by 3sec after comng up through the fleet and ■ha 11 eng i n g Schoefield trongly on the final reach. M. reagh (Titahi Bay) was bird.
E. Fisher (Paremata), the inning helmsman in the omwell Cup. was placed ixth. The championship is ailed in Z class yachts but ■ithout a for’ard hand.
Hole-in-ont—Mrs J. S. Mideion, of the Christchurch üb, aced the 120-yard fourth o’.e, “The Arena,’’ at the Hanier Springs club.
