The Police Commissioner, Mr Bischof, has ordered an intensive investigation into the death of the youth, David Arthur Ludwick, aged 16, of Cardwell, North Queensland: He was travelling south for a holiday with his sister at Yandilla, 128 miles south-east of Brisbane.
