Two Yachts Missing

NEW PLYMOUTH, Jan. 9. Four young men in two yachts who were reported missing on Lake Taupo about 5 p.m. today had not been found late tonight. The men, whose names were not available, left Motuoapa on the eastern shore of Lake Taupo in mid-afternoon intending to sail to a bay on the western shore.
A helicopter searched the lake before dark but could find no trace of them. The search will be resumed tomorrow morning.
