Give-way Signs Erected

Give-way signs have been erected by the City Council on the Bealey avenue approach to the Fitzgerald avenue junction to give right-of-way to traffic on Fitzgerald avenue and Whitmore street. There is already a stop sign at the London street comer. Action was taken after a judgment by Mr K. H. J. Headifen, S.M., in which he dismissed a charge of failing to give way against a motorist. He found that traffic going from Fitzgerald avenue to Whitmore street was changing direction.
