GLENOWARE AT ADDINGTON
R. Young Training Aged Gelding
Glenoware, which was a good winner over two miles at Addington on April 1, is being prepared by R. Young at Addington for Mr H. J. Forward. Young drove Glenoware when he beat Urrall and Mary Mavis at the end of two miles in 4min 19 sec.
Glenoware, an aged gelding by Bill B. from Oware Hall, is’ a brother to a well-per-formed southern trotter in Glenfern. Medalla, which was formerly trained by Young, is now being prepared at West Melton by R. G. Morris. Medalla, a brother to Beck Medoro, has not won this season, but at his last start he was a good fourth in the sprint won by Tryst at Methven last month. He could be returning to the promising form he shovel earlier in his -areer.
