A "space listening post” that has predicted previous Soviet rocket successes said today that the Russians were on the verge of putting a woman into orbit round the earth. Professor Heinz Kaminski, head of the Volkssternwarte Observatory in Bochum, said he and his staff had been recording “female voices” on radio wave-lengths used by Soviet rocket scientists.
