(N.Z P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) SYDNEY, May 4. Mr Justice Jacobs in the Equity Court yesterday ordered the winding-up of International Vending Machines Pty.. Ltd. The Court was told the company had fully investigated its position and considered it was impossible to carry on.

Mr Justice Jacobs appointed Mr Charles Allen Law of Sydney as official liquidator Mr Justice Jacobs added that after a report of the company’s affairs was presented, the liquidator was to call a meeting of all creditors to present the position of the company. In Court earlier yesterday the company announced it had withdrawn its opposition to a winding-up petition.
