Bonus Added To Dividend
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. May 12. The directors of Donaghvs Rope and Twine are recommending to shareholders the payment of a final dividend of Is 6d a share on shares issued before August, 1960. making with the interim dividend previously declared and paid, 2s a share for the year ending March 31. 1961. In addition they recommend the payment of a bonus dividend, at the rate of 6d a share on shares issued before August, 1960, “as some readjustment to shareholders tor share premium moneys which have been put to use in increasing company earnings over recent years.” The 1960 capital issue shares will, in accordance with the terms of that issue, participate to the extent of one-third of the rate of the total dividends declared for the year. The 1961 bonus shares do not rank for either dividend
