Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON, May 10 There was a growing tension in South Africa as a result of its withdrawal from the Commonwealth, the Archbishop of Cape Town (Dr Joost de Blank) said yesterday. “I do not think anyone dare prophesy what will happen in the next few months or even the next few years.” he told a press conference. Dr. Joost de Blank is spending a fortnight in Britain He will leave on May 18 for a lecture tour of the United States.
