ITINERARIES FOR MAY
Blood Bank, X-Ray, Poliomyelitis The North Canterbury Blood Transfusion Service mobile unit will visit Little River on May 11. Scargill on May 25. and Cheiviot on May 26. Other itineraries are:— Poliomyelitis clinics—Darfield. Sheffield. Springfield. Rangiora, and Kaiapoi, May 1; Hornby. Akaroa. Duvauchelle. and Little River. May 3: Burnham and Dunsandel. May 19; Lincoln and Leeston. May 25; Lyttelton. May 29. The open poliomyelitis clinic at the Orange Hall. Christchurch. will be held during 9 a.m. to noon and 1.15 to 4 p.m. on May 9. Mobile X-ray Unit—Templeton. May 1 (a.m.); Isl.ngton (corner Waterloo road and Wilson street!. May 1 (pm.) and May 2 (aan.); Darfield. May 8 and May 9 (a.m.); Hororata. May 9 (pan.); Lake Coleridge. May 10; Coalgate. May 10 (pan.) and May 11 <a.m); Sheffield. May 11; Glentunnel, May 11 ip.m.l, and May 12 <a.m ); Springfield. May 12; Kirwee, May 15 (a.m ); West Melton. May 15 (p.m ). The unit will afterwards visit North Canterbury. From the afternoon of next Tuesday. May 2. until the end of next week the unit will be withdrawn for overhaul.
The Blood Transfusion Service’s rooms at the Christchurch Hospital will be open as follows: Mondays, 9.1510.15 ajn.; Tuesdays, 2-3,45 p.m. and 4.45-7.45 pan.; Wednesdays, 9.15-10.45 Thursdays (except May 11 and 35). 2-3.45 pan.; Saturdays, 9-10 aan.
