Stewart’s Cully Competition
The Belfast Ponv Chib held a oneda.v event at Stewarts Gully on Sunday for the Drage, Relworthy and White cups Thirty-eight horses and ponies competed f n the dressage cross country and show jumping events and a cro vd of more than 50(1 attended The Bel worthy Cup, awarded to the competitor saining the most points in the day, was won by Miss Penelope Austin on Sunlight. ian Monk (Safety Pin) was second and Miss June Bedford < Kitty Hawk) was third. The Drage Cup, tor norses, was won by Kildevon, ridden by A Johns, with G. Hutton’s Owansa second and V Holmes's Kimmery third. The White Cup, for the dressage event, was won by R. Parsons on Comet. Results were:— Dressage.—R Parson's Comet i. Richard Mcßride’s Little Mischief and V Holmes’s Kimmery (equal) 2. Cross Country.—Ponies. lan Monk's Safety Pin I. Miss P Austin s Sunlight 2. Miss P. McGowan’s Srvanna and Miss J. Bedford’s Kittj Hawk (equal) 3 Horses: A Johns’s Kildevon 1, G. Hutton’s Owanga 2, V Holmes’s Kimmery 3.
