(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 28. Off-course bets with the Totalisator Agency Board on Saturday totalled £314,650 ss, comprising win and place investments of £169,715 10s, and doubles amounting to £144,934 15s. The figures for individual meetings with off-course substitutes were:— Avondale: £102,603 15s (Peter Willonyx.) Woodville: £33,395 10s (Monogram.) Canterbury: £86,803 10s (Fuel). Forbury: £37,047 10b (Gentry).
