Lord Dalhousie As Governor-General
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec- 7 p.m.) LONDON, April 25. The appointment of Lord Dalhousie as Governor-General of the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland continues the tendency to appoint younger men to higher posts, says the "Daily Telegraph,” London, pointing out that at 42 Lord Dalhousie is 20 years younger than his predecessor, the late Lord Llewellin, was on his appointment in 1953.
