Freed After 10 Years. —After ten Fears in prison for the murder of two brothers, Carlos Quintanilla, a Bolivian, has been released with apologies. Quintanilla had been condemned to eighteen years. Release came when, not far from Salto, in Argentine, Leandro Salomon Toscano was arrested for a minor offence and confessed to Hie murder of the brothers. — Buenos Aires (Reuter). t
Soldiers to Make Roads. —Greece fr considering the formation of special military units to take an active part in road construction and land reclamation projects throughout the country.
