FOUR PLAYS BY DARFIELD DRAMA CLUB
The Darfield Drama Club recently presented four one act plays on two nights to large and appreciative audiences. The proceeds will be shared by the Darfield District High School Parent Teachers’ Association and the drama club. The plays were, “Uncle Midnight,” produced by Cynthia Ell, and played by Joan Eggleton, June Burleigh, Frances Hennessey, Ngaire Williams; “Villa For Sale,” produced by Lillias Cridge, and played by Ramsay Gibson, Claire McKendry, Linda Blamires, Joan Eggleton, and Eileen Howe; “At The Golden Ram,” produced by Ken Wooster, and played by John Montgomery, Trevor Holland. Joan McCracken, Laurie Wilson, Ken Wooster, and David Penny; and “On The Frontier,” produced by Lilias Cridge, and played by Laurie Creamer, Clare McKendry, BiU Hewitt, Cynthia Ell, Charles Ell, Joan Hewitt, Mavis Bringans.
