CANTERBURY YACHT CLUB The Canterbury Yacht Club held a social and dance in the Oddfellows' Hall last night, on the occasion of the annual presentation of trophies. The president, Mr W. T. Lester, presented the following trophies:— Cordipg Cup: Jack Partington (Kowhai). Priddy Cup: G. Couttie (Psyche). Elmar Cup: L. Wales (Popeye). Varney Cup: L. Bachop (Valkyrie). Norris Cup, Evans Bay trophy, Waimakariri trophy, and crews’ race trophy: F. Foulds (Turi). Sargentina Cup: L. Wales (Maleesh). J. H. Collins Cup: R. Welsh (Toa). Club Cup: E. Tissiman (Maleesh). Sutton Cup and Henderson Cup: K. Read (Ariki). Brown Memorial Cup: R. Priddy (Victory). H. A. Rhind trophies: James Partington (Tohi) and K. Sinclair (Mascotte). Crews’ race, Z class: K. Clark (Toa). Crews’ race, X class: R. Clark (Ariki)-. -D class handicap: K. Samson (Wanderer).- I class open championship: Q. XJcrattie (Psyche). X class trophy: C. Pool (Huia). Navy League Cup: R. Priddy (Victory).
